Dear Families,

Do you have an after-school plan for your child if you are unable to pick them up? It is very important that we know who is authorized to pick up your child and whom to contact if no one arrives at dismissal.

We will be sending your student's profile sheet home next Friday. Please ensure that your "next to call list" is up to date.

Please also note that students are not permitted to go to the playground after school without adult supervision. Thank you for your attention to this and for sharing the information we need to keep your student safe.

We have extended the opportunity for you to submit your annual permissions online.

So far 144 students have been accounted for.

Please fill out the form by October 3.
