Charlemagne Elementary School Continuous Improvement Plan

At-A-Glance

2024-2025

Each year, all schools in Eugene 4J develop specific, measurable goals to improve student outcomes.

Each school drives school improvement work based on vision and mission statements. As data and outcomes are explored each year, school teams choose three primary focal areas to target for improvement. Each focal area receives extra, additional focus by school teams and interventions. However, strategies intended to improve outcomes in each goal area impact each student in the community positively.
