Dear Charlemagne Families
We are so excited to meet with all of you on Monday and Tuesday next week to share your student’s progress with you at Parent/Teacher Conferences! Please note that we will have our French Book Fair going on in Room 7 as well as a “French Book Tasting” in front of the library. Additionally, we will have opportunities for parents to sign up to volunteer for upcoming events: Carnaval/Mardi Gras, Read-a-thon, Classified and Teacher Appreciation, Jogathon, Field Day, PTO Art Auction, etc.

We reached our goal of 1500 Chapeaux for the month of November! Students enjoyed Lunch and a Show today as a school wide reward. Next Month is Kindness Month and our goal is to earn 3000 Chapeaux for Random Acts of Kindness (RAKs).

Share Your Thoughts on 24th Avenue!
The City of Eugene is exploring adding protected bike lanes to 24th Avenue from Amazon Path to Agate Street. Protected bike lanes would add more space and physical protection between people biking and people driving. This project would require removing the on-street parking between Hilyard Street and Agate Street.
