It’s Mardi Gras time! Our school carnival will be this Friday 2/22 starting at 5:30 p.m., we look forward to seeing you all there. There will be lots of games, prizes, delicious food, face painting, cake walk, photo booth and balloon art to enjoy! Volunteers and baked goods are still needed – please sign up here to help out.
This is an all-school event and we want everyone to enjoy, so if you need any assistance in order to attend Mardi Gras, please see Madame V in the cafeteria or Madame Bernadette in the office.
To get ready for Friday’s festivities our Mardi Gras store will be open every day this week after school. Come by and get your beads, masks, hats and all that glitters and glows.

The Charlemagne OBOB battles run this coming week, February 19-22. The battle schedule, as well as the list of OBOB teams, can be found on the school website’s OBOB page:

The winning team will represent Charlemagne at Regionals at Thurston High School on March 9.

Lastly, we will no longer run OBOB at Charlemagne as we have 5th graders going to Roosevelt next year. Charlemagne is in need of parents to help facilitate OBOB next year. Please contact us if you’d like to learn more about what it takes to make OBOB a success at Charlemagne.

Congratulations to our Charlemagne team, which won the Regional Tournament last Saturday and will play for the State Championship March 8 in Portland.
