Dear Families,
We hope you enjoyed your snowy holiday on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and perhaps celebrated with his ideals in mind. We have a busy week ahead of us as a Charlemagne community and invite you to participate in as many ways as you can.
Ways to help support our school financially this week:
Entertainment Books– We are selling 2012 Oregon Entertainment Books. The books have a lot of great local deals, $20.00 Market of Choice coupons etc. The coupons are good until the beginning of November so there is plenty of time to use them up! The books cost $25.00 with $15.00 of that coming directly to Charlemagne School. We have 14 left! Books are available in the office through Wednesday morning, January 18th or bring your checkbooks to the PTO meeting tonight!
Body of Light Massage Gift Certificates– We only have 3 left for sale in the office or see below for a great way to treat yourself or someone you care about! Valentine’s Day is less than one month away (hint! hint!)
It’s Math Madness time again! Kick off was last Friday, January 13th. Packets were sent home for students to get pledges and complete problems. Collected pledges and packets are due back to school between January 23rd-26th. Daily raffle winners picked (one from each class) and Grand prize lunch at Dickie Joe’s on 2/17 (one child from each class). Please help your child with this uniquely educational fundraiser. Last year we raised $10,865!

Be sure to bring the Mucho Gusto Voucher with you to the restaurant. Our school will then receive 25% donation from each meal!

Online Shopping pays big dividends for Escrip participants!
Did you know that you can earn money for Fox Hollow while doing your online shopping? Online vendors typically donate 2 – 10% of shopping purchases to Fox Hollow when eScrip participants go through the eScrip website for their online shopping. Since it can be hard to remember to go through eScrip’s website, they’ve developed a widget called AutoEarn, that you can download to your PC or Mac (yep, you heard that right, it’s now available for Macs too!) Once installed, the widget notifies you when you’re shopping at an online vendor who gives money back to Fox Hollow. If you haven’t yet registered as an eScrip participant, go to www.escrip.com and sign up. Once you’ve done that, you can download the AutoEarn widget here.
Did you Renew?
Remember your family needed to renew by November 1 in order to continue uninterrupted contributions. Contributions will stop until renewed- with all the potential shopping and winter travel the school could be earning money while you are away! For Safeway card renewal instructions Click Here
Electronic Scrip Incorporated (ESI) has made a firm commitment to protect all customer information provided. ESI will not license, sell, exchange or distribute any personally identifying information about eScrip participants to any third parties not directly involved in the eScrip program.
Help us in creating the most vibrant school possible by signing up to get involved! We have a total of 52 parents who have clicked in so far. It will take less than 5 minutes of your time. It’s easy! Please click HERE.
We’d love to have 100% parent participation!
